Processing Your Orders 

Depending on the volume of orders I am processing, it will take between 1-7 days for your order to be packaged and send off. I always try my hardest to get everything shipped as quickly as possible but as it is just me, sometimes it can take a few days.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check the address you enter at the checkout.

If an incorrect address is given, I will not give a replacement or refund the item. If you notice that you have given a wrong address, please contact me as soon as you notice. If the item is returned, and you wish for me to resend it, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs. 

UK Orders

UK orders will be sent first class which includes insurance of up to £20. Should your order get lost or stolen, I am not responsible for refunding the difference. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please contact me after you have placed your order and I will create a listing for the additional shipping costs.

International Orders 

Orders outside of the UK are sent tracked and insured up to £50. Shipping which insures anything over £50 is normally between £20 and £30 more expensive. I am not responsible for refunding the difference, should your package get lost. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please contact me after you purchase and I will create a listing for the extra shipping costs.

International -  2 - 3 weeks
 

Returns // Refunds 

I do not accept returns or refunds. I provide as much information and details as possible in my descriptions and photographs and for this reason, all sales are final. Please ensure you read all descriptions and view all photos before making a purchase.

Lost // Damaged // Stolen

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of the damage and packaging immediately to begin the claim process. 

I am not responsible if your package is lost or stolen. You can contact the shipping provider who will help you retrieve your package or give you a refund. Please contact me if you need any help throughout this process.
