Processing Your Orders 

Depending on the volume of orders I am processing, it will take between 1-7 days for your order to be packaged and send off. I always try my hardest to get everything shipped as quickly as possible but as it is just me, sometimes it can take a few days.

UK Orders

UK orders will be sent first class with royal mail.  If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please contact me after you have placed your order and I will create a listing for the additional shipping costs.

International Orders 

Orders outside of the UK are sent tracked with royal mail. If you wish to upgrade your shipping, please contact me after you purchase and I will create a listing for the extra shipping costs. 

Returns // Refunds 

If you do not feel that the piece is for you, I accept returns or refunds within 14 days after you recieve your item. You must then return the item to me within 14days, in original and unused condition and in the original packaging, undamaged (You will cover the return postage costs) When I recieve the item, I can then process the refund. 

If the package is refused and returned to me, I can offer a full refund upon receiving the package or if your happy to pay for shipping again, I can try and resend. I will contact you via the email provided if your item is returned to me. 

Should your order get damaged, please contact me within 14days with photos evidence of the condition to arrange the return of the item. Upon the return of the item, I will process the refund. 

I do not accept exchanges 

SALE ITEMS, CUSTOMS AND PREORDERS cannot be returned or exchanged. (Unless they arrive damaged and I am contacted within the 14days)
